Under his leadership, OMPAY has built a full-suite digital finance ecosystem: wallet, card, remittance, payment gateway, and SoftPOS, while advancing new initiatives such as digital bank license and Wage Protection System offering. Sami brings over two decades of leadership across fintech, telecom, and management consulting, with senior roles spanning the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
