Brian Yeoh

Brian is currently advising The Association of Banks in Singapore on developing AI models to detect and deter scams and supporting the Global Finance and Technology Network in advising central banks and international financial centres.

Prior to this, Brian was the Director of Fintech at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). His focus was on developing the fintech ecosystem in the UAE by driving new regulatory initiatives and key technology infrastructure projects that improve the adoption of fintech.

Prior to joining ADGM, Brian was responsible for macroprudential supervision of the banking system at the Monetary Authority of Singapore, paying particular attention to SME financing conditions, as well as data governance and architecture at both MAS and the Smart Nation and Digital Government Office in Singapore’s Prime Minister’s Office.
