Otabek Kurbanov

Otabek Kurbanov is the Founder and CEO of Alphacon, a B2B
distribution and onboarding platform connecting small and medium
businesses in Uzbekistan to financial and business services.
Alphacon brings together some 180 providers — banks, lenders,
payment and installment services, accounting, logistics and
marketplace tools — and delivers them to SMBs through state
service centres and tax service branches nationwide, a direct
sales channel and a field agent network across all 14 regions
of the country.

Before founding Alphacon, Otabek spent two decades in commerce and
sales. He began his career at IBM and at Xerox, where he served as
Regional Manager for the Asia 5 region. He went on to head the
Strategic Projects Directorate at Uzcard, to serve as Chief
Commercial Officer at Click, and to join Uzum as its founding
Chief Commercial Officer — building the commercial organisations
behind Uzbekistan's largest payment and e-commerce platforms.
