[Panel] From Responsible AI to the Rails Beneath It

The two halves of the AI question belong on one stage. First, responsible AI: as money and services go digital, the risks scale with automation - model failure, fraud, identity and authentication layers that AI-driven deception can quietly compromise. Second, the infrastructure beneath - the compute, cloud, data and public rails the intelligent economy runs on - from the silicon at the base to the identity and data layers on top.  
 
The panel connects them directly, because you cannot trust infrastructure you do not govern, and you cannot govern rails you do not own at some level. For Central Asia, the practical question is where the lines fall: what the state must control (data, identity), what it can safely source globally (compute, cloud), and how to stay open to the world's technology while keeping sovereign control of the systems the economy depends on.
