Farrukh Erkinov

Farrukh Erkinov is the Director for Startup Ecosystem Development at IT Park Uzbekistan, leading initiatives to strengthen the country’s startup and venture capital ecosystem. His work focuses on startup support programs, venture capital infrastructure, investment attraction, and building stronger connections between founders, investors, and ecosystem partners.

Farrukh joined IT Park Uzbekistan in 2021 and has held key roles across regional development, remote services, and soft landing support. As Head of the Soft Landing Department, he supported the attraction and integration of international technology companies into Uzbekistan, coordinating advisory, legal, and government-related support.

Since January 2026, he has led the Startup Ecosystem Development division, overseeing national startup initiatives and expanding opportunities for technology entrepreneurs and investors.

Farrukh holds a bachelor’s degree from Tashkent State University of Economics and a master’s degree from the International University of Applied Sciences in Germany. He is fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English. In recognition of his contribution to Uzbekistan’s startup ecosystem, he was awarded the “O‘z kasbining ustasi” honorary badge by the Minister of Digital Technologies, Sherzod Shermatov.
