Zuhursho Rahmatulloev

Zuhursho Rahmatulloev is an entrepreneur and fintech executive with more than a decade of experience building technology-driven financial institutions across Central Asia, the UAE, and the United Kingdom. He is Co-Founder of Alif Bank, Alif Uzbekistan, and Ayan Capital, with a focus on Islamic finance and digital banking.

He has helped build one of Central Asia's leading fintech ecosystems. Under his leadership, Alif expanded beyond Tajikistan into new international markets and grew into a technology-driven organization of more than 350 software engineers.

In 2023, he co-founded Ayan Capital in the United Kingdom to expand access to Shariah-compliant financial services, and is now developing it into a broader Islamic digital banking platform.

Based in Dubai, he continues to work at the intersection of Islamic finance and technology, with a focus on expanding access to ethical financial services across emerging markets.
