Mirshod Kurbonov

Mirshod Kurbonov serves as the First Deputy Director of the Agency for Governance Efficiency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. With an extensive background in public administration, legal regulation, and strategic management, Mr Kurbonov leads initiatives aimed at enhancing administrative efficiency, modernizing public sector operations, and integrating modern technologies into government frameworks. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from Tashkent State University of Law and is an alumnus of the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) on Transparency and Accountability. His work focuses on driving sustainable policy reform, public-private alignment, and the digital transformation of governance.
