As a member of Click’s Supervisory Board, Naima brings a long-term perspective on the evolution of Uzbekistan’s payment ecosystem — from the development of card infrastructure and interbank settlements to today’s digital financial services and technology-driven payment solutions.
Prior to joining Click’s Supervisory Board, Naima held senior positions at Agrobank, Uzjilsberbank (Ipoteka Bank), EOPC, Aloqabank, Kapitalbank and UZUM TECH.
Her professional track record includes the development of a major payroll project for AGMK in 2003–2005. In 2005, based on Resolution No. 445 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan and in cooperation with the Association of Banks of Uzbekistan, she participated in developing the methodology for processing and interbank settlements between commercial banks through the Unified Republican Processing Centre (EOPC).
The EOPC was established in 2004 to unite banks across the country and enable cashless payments using bank cards through a unified system. Naima also participated in Central Bank initiatives related to transit account segmentation and the development of accounting models for interbank settlements.
Since 2012, Naima has been actively involved in the development of e-commerce and electronic payments in Uzbekistan, contributing to the evolution of the country’s cashless payment ecosystem.
She completed professional training at MOC Academy in South Korea in 2013 and 2016, specializing in the development of cashless payments and e-commerce using bank cards.
At the Silk Road Finance & Technology Forum, Naima represents Click and brings the perspective of a leading Uzbek fintech on the evolution of digital payments, financial infrastructure and the next stage of digital finance in Central Asia.
