Nasibakhon Aminova has 20 years of experience in project management. Since 2013, she has been leading the executive directorate of the National Association of Small and Medium Businesses of Tajikistan (NAMSB RT). She is a respected member of the Council of Taxpayers under the Tax Committee of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and participates in intersectoral working groups under the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade. As a PPD expert, she champions the rights of entrepreneurs and has served as the Ambassador for Women's Entrepreneurship Day in Tajikistan (WED) since 2018.
Founder and CEO of a social project TajikMama.tj with 54 thousand subscribers on the Facebook platform. The project received the CSO New Vision Award in 2017 in Kazakhstan.
