Vijay Tirathrai

Vijay Tirathrai is a globally recognized entrepreneur, investor, and strategic advisor with over four decades of experience building and scaling ventures across multiple industries. He is a prolific venture capitalist in the technology sector and has led some of the world's most influential entrepreneurial and leadership networks.

As Managing Partner of Silkbridge Ventures, Vijay invests in and mentors high-growth technology startups while helping entrepreneurs build scalable businesses, accelerate growth, and create exceptional long-term value.

His current roles also include Managing Director of STS Capital Partners, an international M&A advisory firm specializing in strategic exits; Managing Director of Falcon V Advisory, which advises families and entrepreneurs on intergenerational wealth and strategic capital; and Chair of TIGER 21 Dubai, a peer learning group for ultra-high-net-worth investors.

Previously, Vijay served as Global Chairman and CEO of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) and Managing Director of Techstars, where he empowered thousands of founders and helped lead investments in more than one hundred startups.

Vijay is the recipient of the 2025 Global Leadership Award in Entrepreneurship and the 2023 Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the Young Entrepreneurs Organization.
