Nargis Dustmatova

Nargis Dustmatova is the Chairwoman of the Fintech Association of Uzbekistan and a Board Member of JSC PAYNET. She has over 20 years of international experience in business development, fintech, digital payments, and financial innovation.

Nargis works closely with regulators, financial institutions, and technology companies to advance Uzbekistan's fintech ecosystem, promote digital financial inclusion, and support innovation-friendly regulation. She has led numerous regional initiatives focused on digital payments, AI in finance, cybersecurity, women’s entrepreneurship, and startup development.

She has completed executive education at Harvard Business School and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and holds a degree from Middlesex University Business School. Nargis is a frequent international speaker and moderator at fintech, banking, and technology conferences across Central Asia and beyond.
